Celebrating Japanse Culture
Last Thursday IPU visitors came to our school. They were High School Students from Japan.
We started of with singing Tutira mai to welcome them. Then they showed us their traditional toys and taught us how to use them!
Some groups did Origami while others played with some of the Japanese toys. These are the three toys we played with the; Kendama, Koma and Dumaotishi. There was a lot of laughing!
We all had a wonderful time. At the end we taught the IPU visitors to sing Tutira mai with the actions. We thought that they did great job.
ArigatÅ IPU Visitors! (Thank you)
